Michele's roots started at 4 yrs. old in dance school, which led to many theatre productions - both big and small - carrying her to Broadway and various off-Broadway productions, as well as TV, commercials and films. She discovered at age 6 that she was singing along to the radio in harmony, never melody... and still does more often than not.
Michele began songwriting when she was about 14 yrs. old with her Yamaha keyboard, which she still uses to compose music to this day. Her earliest influences came from listening to artists like The Everly Brothers, Linda Ronstadt, 50's swing, John Denver, and anything that was laid heavy with harmony. Now her influences are rooted in americana, folk & pop.
She's been charming audiences at her live shows with her "bigger-than-her-size-clear-as-a-bell" voice. Coupled with her sometimes heart-tugging, sometimes uplifting, and always melodic songs, Michele has been increasing her fan base wherever she goes. When she opens her mouth to sing, the room falls quiet and people take in every word and note.
